Description

So as you may know, I'm a beginner at drawing humans traditionally and I have barely drawn any digitally.
Well I spent about 13 hours in total on this piece, shading, blending and trying to get the anatomy as close as I could. I'm insanely proud of this peace, I have never spent this long on something and never shaded to this detail. I used plenty referencing as well as help from my father who is a master at drawing humans, he helped tell me what to fix on my anatomy. I used the free art program FireAlpaca to complete this work, I feel like I did fairly well.

(possible spoilers below)

I chose to draw Wonderwoman because she is a true inspiration and icon, she is a powerful woman who destroys the gender-roles and comes out as a hero for many people young and old. I was thoroughly impressed with the new Wonderwoman movie as well, it was amazing to see how Diana Prince (Wonderwoman) was so powerful. The movie was set in World War 1, 1918 to be specific a time when women were paid less and not all women could vote. It was a time when women had to cover-up and not fight in the war. However Diana proves to stand for herself and fights with such skill, it impresses the male soldiers and characters. Even when they make sexual remarks she doesn't make a big deal about it and simply 'wins' over with her own clever remarks. She is a inspiration to me personally because she is gentle and cares about everyone, but isn't weak and will fight to protect those who need it.
